News for February 2025

2025 marks twenty years in South King County
We've been connecting people with services, resources, and opportunities to live their best blind life since 2005. Our numbers may be small, but we are "the little chapter that could." We sparked a national conversation about emergency preparedness for people with disabilities. We've worked with other chapters doing car washes, wine tastings, picnics, and trips to Olympia
We share information about technology, Braille, and legislation.
Join us at our nextl meeting, the second Saturday of the month, at Red Lobster in Federal Way. The restaurant opens at 11 and we begin the meeting at 11;30 a.m. "Everyone is welcome! If interested in participating, please call the Buzzline at (800) 255-1147." -- Danette, Dixon, president
